MEETING WITH THE NEW US AMBASSADOR

The new Ambassador of the United States to Italy, David Thorne,
met the Italian members of the Council on November 17 at
a dinner hosted by the Italian Co-Chairman Sergio Marchionne
at Fiat headquarters in Turin.

In an address to the members, the Ambassador outlined the goals of his mandate and stressed the importance of Transatlantic relations and Italy’s key role in the dialogue.
