2016 - 32nd YLC - Naples

The 32nd Young Leaders Conference took place in Naples on October 6-8, on the theme: "Coping with disruption: How traditional personal, business and political models are being challenged in a turbulent world".

The meeting brought together 51 participants, under 40 years of age, coming from Italy, the United States, and 12 other countries such as China, Estonia, France, Germany, Japan, India, Israel, Poland, Portugal, Mexico, Syria, Spain, and Turkey.

The Young Leaders discussed the topic of disruption in its personal, political, and business dimensions.

The conference was participant driven, but also had a few keynoters to stimulate the discussion: the US Ambassador to Italy John Phillips, the Rear Admiral Murray Tynch, the former Italian Minister of Reform and Innovation of Public Administration Luigi Nicolais, Franco Bernabè, Chairman of Central Institute of Italian Popular Banks and YL Alumus (Yale 1984), and Amedeo Lepore, Minister for Productive Activities of Campania Region.

The conference was organized with the support of Regione Campania-Sviluppo Campania, FCA, Enel, Boston Consulting Group, Generali, Intesa Sanpaolo and Shearman&Sterling.
